The Ballarat Regional Athletic Centre (BRAC) recently held their annual AVSL awards night to celebrate both individual and club success over the summer season.

Awards presented included the BRAC premiership across the different age groups with the prestigious shield being awarded to the club with the most points across OPEN events combined.

This year, the OPEN Combined overall winner went to Wendouree Athletics Club who capped off an impressive AVSL season by being promoted to division 2 of the AVSL competitions next year. Wendouree came away with a grouping of awards on the night including the OPEN Women championship and junior championships.

Other winners on the night included Ballarat Harriers who took home the OPEN Men premiership along with wins in junior age brackets and Eureka Athletics who won the U18 Men. Full results are below

Over the next week, we will be celebrating our individual athletes who received awards for their performances over the season starting with aggregate champions across each age group.
