The Ballarat Regional Athletic Centre (BRAC) has received a new LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillator that is placed on an external wall of the Stuart Hunter Pavilion. This defibrillator machine can be used on someone who has suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and is an additional safety measure for users of the facility.

Please note, the defibrillator is placed in an alarmed case with instructions of use inside. If the door of the case is opened, a loud sound will ring out across the centre alerting all those in the area. This equipment is only to be used in EMERGENCY circumstances.
